Job summary

Leola Construction in Gibsonton, FL is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee residential sites with strong communication, accountability, and a drive to grow, delivering projects with integrity and excellence.

You will act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, manage slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets, lead subcontractors with accountability, and conduct site inspections and progress reviews while enforcing safety and local code

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience; sales experience in construction is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred
