Job summary

Stream-Flo USA LLC seeks a Field Service Superintendent to lead oilfield wellhead service operations in the Midland, TX region. You will supervise field personnel, ensure safety and quality, coordinate travel to client sites, and maintain equipment and paperwork while delivering exemplary service.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience, and a proven track record in customer satisfaction, with flexibility for evenings or weekends and effective communication with customers

Qualifications

• 8-12 years oilfield wellhead service experience required.
• Strong leadership and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service personnel observe Health, Safety and Quality requirements in work.
• Lead and promote company policies, procedures, standards, and Guiding Principles; provide leadership.
• Assist with development of wellhead service procedures and training.
• Evaluate performance of service technicians.
• Conduct Field Service Audits and report to Service Manager weekly.
• Ensure service techs have proper equipment, tools and information to perform tasks.
• Maintain equipment, tools and vehicles in good condition.
• Verify all paperwork (JAM, Field Service Order, Driver Log, Sales Order) is complete with signatures.
• Build professional customer relationships through rapid response and exemplary service, including evenings/weekends.
• Support rig down time by onsite oversight until resolved.
• Execute advanced field service requirements and demonstrate tool proficiency.

Key position functions include:

• Ensure service personnel observe all Health, Safety and Quality requirements in the performance of work.
• Promote Company policies, procedures, standards, and Guiding Principles. Demonstrate and provide strong leadership.
• Assist with development of wellhead service procedures and training on procedures.
• Evaluate performance of service technicians.
• Conduct Field Service Audits and submit to Service Manager weekly.
• Ensure service techs have proper equipment, tools and information to successfully perform their tasks.
• Ensure service techs are properly maintaining assigned equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Check all paperwork to ensure it is filled out correctly and has signatures once job is completed and services techs turns it in (JAM, Field Service Order, Driver Log and Sales Order).
• Build customer relationships in a professional manner through rapid response and exemplary service as required, including evenings and weekends. The fast pace of the business can result in challenging client situations. Provide feedback to sales and branch management.
• Support all rig down time by being on location providing oversight until resolved.
• Execute advanced field service requirements.
• Capable of running all service tools as demonstrated by sign offs in passbooks.
• Maintain passbooks to ensure they are signed, current and up to date, showing adequate knowledge on all products and services.
• NCIR reporting and support.
• Other duties as required.

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8-12 years of oilfield wellhead service experience.
• Excellent leadership and training experience.
• Strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
• Advanced knowledge of service work, safety standards, and SFI products.
• Effective communication skills – written, verbal, and reading (English).
• Effective organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• The role will involve frequent travel by road, with extended periods of sitting. The Field Service Superintendent will be required to visit client sites, working outdoors in constant heat conditions, walking, periods of standing and bending while on site will be necessary. They will support service personnel as required while on site locations.
