Leola Construction in Gibsonton, FL is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee residential construction sites with integrity and excellence. You will lead daily operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This role emphasizes strong communication, accountability, and a drive to grow professionally. We offer training, a salary range of $55k-$70k, a discretionary bonus, vehicle and fuel card, 3 weeks PTO, holidays, and gear perks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience; sales experience in construction is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering strong relationships to ensure project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, managing slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using strong analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, leveraging time management skills to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports to maintain transparency.
