Job summary

Leola Construction, a residential shell company based in Gibsonton, FL, seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee residential sites with integrity and excellence. You will manage slab, block, and framing activities, lead subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience, OSHA 10-Hour preferred, and a valid driver’s license. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, with a discretionary bonus opportunity and generous benefits.

• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, leveraging time management skills to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports to maintain transparency.

Position Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience; sales experience in construction is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred
