Job summary

Leola Construction, a residential shell company based in Gibsonton, FL, seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee residential sites with integrity and excellence. You will manage slab, block, and framing activities, lead subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience, OSHA 10-Hour preferred, and a valid driver’s license. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, with a discretionary bonus opportunity and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees to foster relationships and project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential sites, managing slab, block, and framing to meet plans and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability to ensure high quality work and a safe site.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews with strong analytical decision making.
