About Luxury Impact

Luxury Impact LLC is a premier window and door company specializing in high-end residential construction throughout South Florida.

Verify masonry openings and field conditions including dimensions, plumb, level, square, substrate condition and installation readiness.
Confirm materials, equipment, manpower and site conditions are ready prior to installation.
Apply hands‑on installation knowledge to inspect and enforce proper installation practices and workmanship.
Inspect anchoring, shimming, fastening, bucking, sealant application, waterproofing integration and installation sequencing.
Verify compliance with approved shop drawings, manufacturer requirements, NOAs and applicable Florida Building Code requirements.
Identify improper installation practices and direct corrective action.
Perform hands‑on quality‑control inspections at critical stages of installation.
Coordinate field scheduling and activities with General Contractors, installation teams, other trades and internal Operations staff.
Maintain proactive communication regarding project status, upcoming requirements and field issues.
Document installation progress and critical stages through daily reporting and photographs.
Perform final walkthroughs, generate punch lists and drive outstanding items through completion.

Working knowledge of Florida Building Code, NOAs and applicable installation requirements.
Ability to recognize installation deficiencies and confidently direct corrective action.
Ability to independently manage multiple active projects and field teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
