Commercial Project Manager (Glass & Glazing / Impact Windows & Doors)

A premier South Florida commercial impact windows & doors distributor/contractor is hiring a Commercial Project Manager to oversee multi-million-dollar new construction projects. Ideal for a PM with 3+ years in glass & glazing who can drive schedules, documentation, templates, and cross-department coordination to hit deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, subs, and field to keep work moving
• Track schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and documentation (imaging/controls)
• Review/interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Oversee templates and new construction coordination
• Use PM tools (MS Project and/or similar); Bluebeam is a plus

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma + related experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 5+ years PM experience on multi-million-dollar projects in glass & glazing
• New construction experience + ability to oversee templates
• Blueprint reading + document imaging experienceExperience with ES Windows
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook); organized and deadline-driven
