The Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks an experienced Site/Buyer representative to lead in-field subcontractor management for U.S. government construction projects.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, technical staff, and the field office to address issues from design review through project completion and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or
• Master's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-field subcontractor activities for US Government construction projects as Site/Buyer representative.
• Serve as central point of contact among subcontractors, technical staff, and field office to resolve constructability and design issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, permit requirements, and safety standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Act as the technical authority to ensure subcontractor work aligns with engineering standards, specifications, and contract.
