The role requires a Bachelor's in construction-related field, 7+ years of superintendent experience, OSHA 30, and proficiency in reading blueprints, CAD drawings, and MS Office. Travel and occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction-related discipline required.
Minimum 7 years of prior commercial project superintendent experience.
OSHA 30-Hour certification required.
Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings; understand layouts and documents.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise, inspect, and approve day-to-day civil construction operations at the job site.
Complete on-site paperwork and maintain safety documentation.
Coordinate with management, subcontractors, and employees; schedule and manage subcontractors.
Ensure project stays on schedule and within budget; provide safety leadership and reporting.
Prepare and document job meetings, safety meetings, and site logs.
Travel to project locations and work weekends/nights as needed.
