Qualifications
- Four-year degree required.
- Five to seven years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
- Must be flexible in scheduling priorities and able to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee business development and strategy for assigned nursing centers.
- Catalyze census growth and improve market share.
- Provide field-based strategic coaching to Admissions Directors and External Liaisons.
- Develop and maintain collaborative agreements with hospitals and payment contracts.
- Lead Authorization Specialists to optimize rate capture and front-end processes.
