Attentive Care NY is seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to support field caregivers, manage scheduling and ensure regulatory compliance. The role focuses on reviewing documentation, aiding with insurance authorizations, and supporting office operations in a full-time, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday–Friday setting.

Ideal candidates are organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in homecare or a healthcare office setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned and operated home healthcare company serving the Capital District. We are currently seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to join our team.
This position focuses on supporting field caregivers, coordinating compliance and scheduling, and assisting with pre-billing and insurance authorizations to ensure our clients continue receiving quality care.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Position Overview
The Field Staff Supervisor plays an important role in supporting both our caregivers and office operations. This role involves working closely with field staff, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting field staff to ensure quality care and compliance
• Assisting with compliance coordination and documentation
• Managing scheduling challenges and ensuring proper coverage
• Handling pre-billing processes and reviewing timesheets for accuracy
• Coordinating insurance authorizations and approvals to maintain client services
• Providing additional administrative and clerical support as needed

Qualified candidates should have:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with HHAeXchange is a plus)
• Experience with pre-billing and insurance authorizations preferred, though training may be provided

Previous experience in homecare or a healthcare office setting is helpful but not required.
