Attentive Care in Albany, OR is seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to support our field caregivers and office operations. You will review documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate scheduling to maintain timely client services.

The role focuses on coordinating with field staff, handling pre-billing and insurance authorizations, and providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced home health environment.

Competenze

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HHAeXchange is a plus.
• Experience with pre-billing and insurance authorizations preferred.
• Prior homecare or healthcare office experience is helpful but not required.

Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned and operated home healthcare company serving theCapital District.We are currently seeking aField Staff Supervisorto join our team.

This position focuses onsupporting field caregivers, coordinating compliance and scheduling, and assisting with pre-billing and insurance authorizations to ensure our clients continue receiving quality care.

This is afull-time position, Monday through Friday,8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Position Overview

The Field Staff Supervisor plays an important role in supporting both our caregivers and office operations. This role involves working closely with field staff, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting field staff to ensure quality care and compliance
• Assisting with compliance coordination and documentation
• Managing scheduling challenges and ensuring proper coverage
• Handling pre-billing processes and reviewing timesheets for accuracy
• Coordinating insurance authorizations and approvals to maintain client services
• Providing additional administrative and clerical support as needed
