Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist II to deliver on-site technical services and support field operations for customers. You will manage jobs, coordinate with customers and third-party players, and maintain readiness of field equipment while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, strong communication, and the ability to travel to customer sites as required, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, electrical service, maintenance or related technical environment.
• Direct interaction with customers and supporting field-based operations.
• Ability to safely work with electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned jobs and arrive 30 minutes before scheduled service time.
• Identify customer locations and prepare for field assignments.
• Coordinate with customers and third-party personnel on-site.
• Travel and stay near customer sites as needed for service activities.
• Maintain truck inventory and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available.
• Follow safety requirements and Baker Hughes procedures at all times.
• Communicate status and needs with customers, supervisors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
