Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a relevant field.
- 4+ years in networking and/or video-related systems, preferably with customer-facing roles.
- Strong ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales engineering and support.
- Prepare technical sales support materials.
- Develop system design recommendations.
- Lead project management and maintenance initiatives.
- Present training seminars on-site and via webinars.
- Develop RFPs and information requests.
- Coordinate on-site proof of concept and trial installations.
- Provide in-depth on-site troubleshooting and solutions.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and sales support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
