Qualifications

- 4+ years in networking or video systems, preferably customer facing.
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present and train.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales engineering and support.
- Prepare technical sales support materials.
- Develop system design recommendations.
- Project management and maintenance initiatives.
- Present trainings on-site and via webinars.
- Coordinate on-site proofs of concept and trials.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and solutions.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and sales support.
