NextEra Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Product Services Engineer to support NE360, bridging hardware, data, and software for energy customers. You will deploy, configure, and troubleshoot field devices, integrate acquisition systems, and travel to sites as needed.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, clear customer communication, and collaboration with product teams to drive platform improvements and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in SCADA/DAS systems and field deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Modbus TCP/IP and RTU protocols.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customer sites onto NE360 from scoping through data validation.
• Configure field devices and data acquisition into NE360 backend platforms.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot field hardware per project specifications.
• Travel to customer sites for pre-sales scoping and on-site installations; provide remote/onsite support.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and vendor inventory for scheduled installations and delivery.
• Serve as technical contact, diagnose software/hardware issues and provide product feedback.
• Document installation, configuration and troubleshooting; produce status reports.
• Train field personnel on SCADA/DAS installation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborate with software/product/implementation teams to improve NE360 performance.
