You will work at the intersection of hardware, software, and data, ensuring scalable deployments, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve product and process outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in a related field.
• Experience with SCADA/DAS systems and data integration.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of customer sites onto the NE360 platform from scoping to data validation.
• Configure field devices and data acquisition systems for NE360 backend platforms.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot field hardware to project specs (inverters, meters, sensors) via Modbus.
• Travel to customer sites for pre‑sales scoping and on‑site support during installations.
• Document procedures and provide root‑cause analyses to drive improvements.
