This role focuses on solving customer on-site issues across warehouse, logistics, delivery and production while collaborating with CQE/RQE to mitigate impacts. Fluent English, strong customer service skills, and a solid STEM background are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead to solve customer on-site problems in a timely manner including warehouse, logistic, delivery and customer production issues.
• Collaborate with CQE/RQE to collect and resolve production issues, communicate with customer and CATL to mitigate impact.
• Build deep contact with customers, establish good relationships, and enhance customer perception of services.
• Gain insight into targeted dynamics, obtain first-hand information, and support SPP in new project targeting and business expansion.
