Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Field Solutions Consultant to educate and support customers, driving usage of our solutions within government agencies. You will build strong relationships, retain and grow revenue, and provide high-quality consultation and leads generation.

You will understand client needs, deliver tailored presentations, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to influence roadmaps while upholding RELX Responsible AI Principles.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 3–7 days per month.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Experience in legal research or legal practice.
• Proven sales or training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to legal customers.
• Retain and grow revenue within Government Agency accounts.
• Deliver customer presentations and communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales on strategy and account plans.
