Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver presentations and trainings in virtual environments, on-camera when needed.
• Proven sales and/or training experience with a consultative approach.
• Experience with legal research using LexisNexis tools.
• Strong collaboration across teams and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to legal research customers to maximise use of LexisNexis products.
• Communicate with customers to understand challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation to drive improvement.
• Proactively reach out to customers via phone and email to uncover training needs and product opportunities.
• Deliver specialized customer presentations and trainings, highlight value propositions and differentiators to retain revenue.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive product preference and develop strategic account plans.
• Partner with Sales to demonstrate products to grow revenue and identify upsell opportunities.
