Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety & Health or equivalent.
• 3–6+ years of construction safety experience preferred; solar/renewable energy experience favored.
• OSHA 30/10 trainer certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership and compliance across projects.
• Perform safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver safety training for crews and subcontractors.
• Support pre-job planning and field safety programs.
