Energy Oasis is seeking driven individuals for an in-person field sales role in Florida. You will meet homeowners, present solar and roofing solutions, and guide customers from initial contact to closing. A self-motivated, coachable mindset is essential for success and earnings are performance-based.

Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and able to travel locally with reliable transportation. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in person to introduce solar and roofing solutions.
• Build trust and create positive customer experiences through conversations.
• Learn about customer needs, goals, and priorities.
• Explain available solutions clearly and understandably.
• Present recommendations aligned with customer needs.
• Answer questions and address concerns professionally.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through closing.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships.
