A & Associates is seeking compassionate Field Social Services Case Workers to support a specialized federal family services program. This field-based role requires visiting families in community settings, documenting observations, and coordinating resources to address health, safety, and welfare concerns.

Applicants should have a background in social work or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to travel across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel independently throughout an assigned territory.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, smartphones, tablets, and web-based applications.

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled field and community-based visits.
• Meet individuals and families in residential and community settings.
• Gather, verify, and document information per program protocols.
• Observe health, safety, and welfare of assigned individuals.
• Identify and report potential concerns following established procedures.
• Maintain confidential and accurate case documentation.
• Travel within assigned territory and meet deadlines.
• Use mobile devices and case-management systems for documentation.
• Protect confidential information at all times.
