Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Superintendent to manage field operations on client projects across the United States. The first project is in northeast Ohio. You will oversee safety, scheduling, quality, and contract conformance while representing the company on site.

Responsibilities include documenting daily and monthly reports, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring drawings and design revisions are properly implemented. 100% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawing adherence.
• Ensure work follows the project schedule and escalate delays to management.
• Write Daily and Quality Inspection Reports for review and record-keeping.
• Capture progress photos and label them for records.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure latest drawing revisions are used in construction.
• Support Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with project team for contract extras and progress payments.
• Maintain clear correspondence with management and clients.
