Job summary
Sonsray Inc. is seeking a Shop Technician in Phoenix, AZ for a full-time role. You will perform service maintenance and repairs on CASE machinery in shop and field settings, diagnosing engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and repairing construction equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to operate both in shop and field environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform service maintenance and quality repairs on CASE construction machinery and related equipment in shop and/or field environments.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Perform structural repairs, including welding, in accordance with OEM guidelines.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is returned to optimal working condition.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Follow established OEM procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Operate hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely and effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support departmental objectives.
