Position Overview:

• Term: 1+ year
• Location: Remote (100% travel)
• Pay: $30.00 - $37.00, based on experience
• Hours: Standard business hours

Our Field Services Team delivers solutions that foster long-term customer relationships. You will act as a first response, communicating effectively, organizing, triaging issues, and providing solutions with the training provided. We emphasize fast learning through classroom training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment to grow your skills.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years of experience or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US, with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel
• At least 25 years old
• Basic PC and electronic skills, with familiarity with hardware and operating systems
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
• Willingness to travel extensively, including driving several hours daily
• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. alone, 150 lbs. with assistance
• Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and manual tasks
• Willing to obtain various certifications
• Possession of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.)

• Conduct verification and continuity testing
• Analyze job specifications and drawings
• Understand and document the scope of work
• Coordinate work assignments and prepare job documentation
• Resolve technical issues and perform quality inspections
