Job summary

TCOM, L.P. provides field support for deployed systems in a production environment. The role performs repairs, upgrades, or replacements and troubleshoots complex issues while contributing to team success.

Leads project technical work, may delegate tasks to other technicians, and understands the business side for strategic decisions. Limited engineering work may be performed; adherence to specifications and user manual input is expected.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • 7+ years in aviation or electrical/mechanical is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior in-theatre experience is preferred.
  • Prior military experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide field support for deployed systems.

  • May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.

Education

Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field
7+ years in aviation or electrical/mechanical
Prior in-theatre experience preferred
Prior military experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Jobs will be performed while sitting or standing. Frequent lifting and moving of lightweight materials, occasionally in difficult work positions. Occasional lifting of items. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
