ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Talented Field Services Team Leader to join our Phoenix team. You will supervise technicians, ensure proper training and organization within Field Services, and contribute to project success on construction sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Must have and be willing to maintain basic certifications.
• Advanced certifications may be required based on the work performed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 85 pounds.
• Advanced understanding of construction materials testing principles, applications, and ASTM testing standards.
• Proficient at data interpretation and evaluation of CMT techniques and results.
• Experience performing field and/or laboratory tests on construction materials and the ability to evaluate test results in terms of specification compliance.
• Strong understanding of construction materials testing and evaluation techniques.
• Strong communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Field Activities: observe, test, sample, and inspect materials on construction sites.
• Promote safety culture and ensure proper PPE usage and training.
• Mentor and train junior field staff; coordinate with project managers and general contractors.
