Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking a certified Construction Materials Testing Senior Field Technician to join our Phoenix team. Lead field activities, perform testing on soils, aggregates, concrete, and related materials, and prepare detailed field reports.

Strong communication and safety awareness are essential as you collaborate with project teams. Qualifications include 2+ years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and current basic certifications plus two advanced ones.

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience.
High School diploma or GED required.
Must maintain current basic level certifications and 2 advanced certifications.
OSHA 10 is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
Must have transportation for job sites.

Responsibilities

Perform observation, testing, sampling, and inspection of materials on construction sites.
Conduct field tests for soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel placement.
Collect data, perform calculations, and draft field reports documenting site observations.
Maintain daily communication with site contractors and project managers; participate in project meetings.
Receive training in ECS methodology and document findings precisely.
