ECS Limited is seeking a Field Services Team Leader to guide a team of field technicians in South Daytona, FL. This role focuses on daily field operations, staffing, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure timely, accurate testing and client satisfaction.

The Team Leader will coordinate field activities, support project delivery, and contribute to business development while upholding ECS Core Values. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain basic certifications and any advanced certifications necessary for the work performed.
• A valid driver's license is required when driving for or on behalf of ECS subsidiary.
• Strong professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong understanding of construction materials testing principles and standards.
• Ability to evaluate test results for specification compliance.
• Strong organizational and operational management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with electronic devices and MS Office.
• Knowledge of ECS systems and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises a team of construction materials testing technicians.
• Manages day-to-day field operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensures projects are staffed with properly trained and qualified technicians.
• Promotes and enforces safety policies and proper use of PPE.
• Manages field equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory.
• Communicates daily with technicians, project managers, and contractors.
• Supports recruiting and staffing to maintain appropriate team levels.
• Reviews field reports and ensures quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Performs field testing, observation, and inspection as needed.
• Supports Project Managers and Department leadership with project execution.
• Participates in project meetings and client interactions.
• Supports business development and client relationship activities.
• May manage construction materials testing projects.
• Performs other leadership, operational, and technical duties as assigned.
