Job summary

Verra Mobility in New York State is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to lead deployment of Automated Photo Enforcement systems, manage a team of 8-15 mobile operators, and ensure 99% deployment execution with 95% issuance rate.

You will oversee field operations, audits, inventory, equipment repairs, and SLA compliance, collaborating with Field Service, Client Service, and Account Managers, with occasional travel and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility in operations and/or field services.
• 2+ years of effective people leadership with coaching and SLA attainment.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 8-15 mobile operators (full-time and seasonal).</br>
• Collaborate with Field Service, Client Service and Account Managers to improve client relations.
• Develop and maintain weekly team schedules within budget constraints.
• Conduct routine weekly field audits to ensure standards and effectiveness.
• Maintain depot and vehicle inventories and ensure supplies are available.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to maximize system availability and reliability.
• Prioritize and plan work to balance workload across the team.
• Ensure deployments comply with state legislation and program standards.
• Oversee triage and resolution of deployments within SLAs.
• Maintain compliance with SLA requirements for Field Services.
