Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to oversee the deployment of Automated Photo Enforcement systems across active work zones in New York. You will lead a team of 8–15 mobile operators, drive operational performance, and ensure 99% deployment execution with a 95% issuance rate, reporting daily to the regional depot.

The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with people leadership, scheduling within budget limits, and regular audits to maintain SLA compliance.

Qualifications

4+ years in operations or field services with increasing responsibility.
2+ years leading teams and improving client experiences.
Experience with reporting and analytics for SLA performance.
Knowledge of state regulations and program standards.
Proactive problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Directly manage 8–15 mobile operators including hiring and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Field Service, Client Service, and Account Managers to improve client relations.
Develop weekly schedules balancing efficiency with budget constraints.
Conduct weekly field audits to ensure standards and effectiveness.
Maintain depot and vehicle inventory for available supplies.
Diagnose and repair equipment to maximize system availability.
Plan and prioritize work to balance team workload.
Ensure deployments comply with state laws and program standards.
Triage and resolve deployments within SLAs.
Maintain SLA compliance and drive operational success.
