Job summary

Grover Gaming is seeking a Supervisor - Field Services to lead a territory's Field Technician and oversee warehouse operations. This role combines supervisory duties with hands-on field work to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

The supervisor will back up field technicians, manage maintenance schedules, review service tickets, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery across locations in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a field technician or similar technical support role.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of EGM hardware and software systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, including supervisory duties, hands-on field work, and warehouse operations.
• Flexible schedule with night and weekend work.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervision & Technical Leadership: mentor the Field Technician and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
• Field Backup & Hands-On Support: cover routes, respond to escalated issues, and maintain service continuity.
• Warehouse Operations: manage shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
