Job summary

Grover Gaming, now part of Light & Wonder, seeks a Supervisor - Field Services to lead a territory's field technicians and support warehouse operations. The role combines supervisory duties with hands-on field coverage and service continuity.

You will mentor the technician, manage maintenance schedules, review service tickets, and ensure customer satisfaction, while collaborating with Service Ops and sales leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in a field technician or similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EGM hardware and software systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities including supervisory duties, hands-on field work, and warehouse operations.
• Flexible schedule with night and weekend work.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervision & Technical Leadership: mentor Field Technician, oversee maintenance, review tickets, ensure customer satisfaction, conduct quality controls, and drive improvements.
• Field Backup & Hands-On Support: cover routes and service calls, respond to escalated issues, and maintain service continuity.
• Warehouse Operations: manage shipping/receiving, inventory, and cycle counts; keep parts stocked and organized.
