Responsibilities

Understand and embody the company's Mission, Vision, and Values, acting as an ambassador for these principles.
Travel to locations performing various functions and tasks.
Perform basic troubleshooting techniques on cabinet components (bill acceptors, printers, monitors, logic box).
Replace broken parts (bill acceptors, printers, monitors, logic box).
Operate hand tools, soldering equipment, electrical test equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot POS and/or server issues (no internet, IP conflicts, printer setup, etc.).
Frequently move machines weighing in excess of 400 pounds.
Perform all preventative maintenance on each type of device.
Properly complete work orders to record repairs and service.
Setup and configure the router for a location.
Wire a location to avoid loops.
Assign static IP addresses to game terminals, routers, servers, and POS.
Provide exceptional service to our guests and employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
