Job summary

GardaWorld Security in San Diego, CA seeks a Field Services Supervisor to supervise daily security operations and foster strong client relationships. You will act as the primary contact, ensuring service excellence across client sites.

Requirements include US work authorization, a high school diploma, and at least one year in a supervisory role. The position offers a set Fri-Sun 6:00 am–2:30 pm plus Mon-Tue 2:00 pm–10:30 pm schedule and travel to local sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards.
• Availability for duties outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to ensure high standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, as the main point of contact.
• Meet regularly with clients to address issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Visit and inspect supervisors and security officers to ensure compliance and proficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, contracts, and agreements.
• Recommend improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
