Job summary

GardaWorld, a leading contract security provider, seeks a Field Services Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN. You will supervise daily security operations, build client relationships, and ensure service quality across client sites.

Travel to multiple sites and oversee staffing, budgeting, and compliance are integral parts of the role. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of management experience.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of management experience.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Occasional duties outside standard hours and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to maintain high standards.
• Build and maintain client and staff relationships as main point of contact.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues and provide updates.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Visit and inspect supervisors and security officers for compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of post specs, emergencies, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts and agreements.
• Recommend improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
