GardaWorld in Washington, DC is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to lead daily security operations and maintain top-tier client service. You will be the primary liaison for clients and staff, ensuring safety standards and program adherence across sites.

Responsibilities include supervising officers, coordinating staffing, and driving ongoing performance improvements while supporting recruiting and training efforts. Flexible schedule requiring nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to meet high standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees as main contact.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Visit and inspect staff to ensure compliance and proficiency.
• Know post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, and payroll.
