Job summary

Aventiv Technologies is seeking a Visitation Center Lead to operate daily facilities, oversee a team, and ensure top‑level service for staff and Family & Friends. You will manage scheduling, budgets, and device assets while ensuring readiness of security, telephony, and video visitation systems.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines. WA residency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the visitation center and ensure readiness of facilities and equipment.
• Lead the visitation administrator to deliver quality service for staff and Family & Friends.
• Schedule team coverage and approve time sheets and time off requests.
• Manage budget planning and track expenses for the center.
• Oversee asset management (inventory of devices and equipment).
• Ensure technical performance of teams through training and monitoring.
• Support video visitation access for facility staff.
• Maintain compliance with security systems and workstations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
