Job summary

Aventiv Technologies is seeking a visitation center operations leader to manage daily site operations and oversee the visitation administrator. You will open/close the center, oversee equipment testing, maintenance, and cleanliness, while driving cost efficiencies and service quality.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, customer service focus, and 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with telephony are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and associates to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensures contract requirements are met.
• Leads team to meet and exceed company objectives.
• Ensures associates are meeting expectations by setting goals and objectives.
• Hires and develops direct reports.
• Scheduling of the team to ensure proper coverage.
• Approves time sheets, time off requests, and expense reports.
• Ensures the technical performance of their team(s) utilizing training courses.
