Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Part-Time Field Services Representative for the Anchorage area (30 hours per week) to support the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program. You will oversee packing and shipping of devices, help improve workflows, and deliver on-site service to facilities.

This role emphasizes customer interaction, training staff, and documenting performance while traveling up to 80% within state and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time within state and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
