Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires no prior professional experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or networked systems.
• Must be eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Restricted to U.S. citizens or permanent residents due to government contract.

Responsibilities

• Support system setup, teardown, and operational checks under supervision.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inventory, and documentation of system components.
• Assist with data collection, fault identification, and repair tasks.
• Participate in customer training events and field demonstrations as directed.
• Follow safety and quality procedures in all field activities.
• Engage in technical training and cross‑functional learning to develop advanced FSR skills.
