Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to work with military customers, performing site surveys, installations, troubleshooting, and hands-on training in operational environments.

You’ll manage time to respond to service calls and help resolve issues while traveling up to 50% across CONUS/OCONUS. This full-time position requires an active Secret clearance, military experience, and an AA/AS or equivalent with at least seven years of related work.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Military experience required; Ranger Qualified or 18 Series preferred.
• Completed Military Instructor Course or equivalent.
• Civilian driver’s license required.
• AA/AS or equivalent experience with minimum 7 years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of firearms, night vision/thermal and communications equipment.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with military customers to understand operational needs and issues.
• Respond to service calls and manage time effectively.
• Perform site surveys, system installations, troubleshooting, and operational checks.
• Move/add/change of client equipment as needed.
• Provide classroom and hands-on instruction in operational environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they occur.
• Provide basic system administration training to technical users.
