Job summary

Lenovo in Morrisville, NC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for onsite delivery. You will own cost, customer experience, and end-to-end delivery processes. You will harmonize IT and processes across geos and business groups, optimize service levels, and lead partnerships with global and local partners.

• One team - strong collaboration with the Geo teams for best practice sharing, local & global innovation and initiatives.
• Manage global onsite delivery partners in collaboration with procurement and Geo focals.
• Supporting Geos in managing local independent service partners (partner management framework).

Basic Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
