Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to oversee performance and consistency across the Field Services network. The role ensures executable, standardized service delivery and supports operating systems while coordinating with leaders to deliver reliable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in field service ops, a related bachelor's degree, and strong coaching and KPI management skills, with travel 50%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of field service operations or service delivery experience.
• Experience coaching and developing managers.
• Strong KPI and performance systems management.
• Ability to drive standardization across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations by executing and reinforcing operating standards and performance management systems.
• Drives consistent execution of field service work against planned service schedules through manager-level leaders.
• Owns the management system for reviewing, analyzing, and improving key service KPIs (productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve, first-time fix).
• Builds managerial leadership capability through coaching and performance management.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and quality in field operations through standard work and leadership routines.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to improve service readiness and customer outcomes.
