Motorola Solutions, a leader in mission-critical recording and public safety technology, seeks a Technical Field Services Manager to lead Field Engineers in on-site installations, deployments, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4 systems. You will ensure SLA adherence, supervise critical go-live events, and drive project delivery across public safety clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
Experience in public safety, mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or NG911 systems is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team consisting of Field Engineers.
Plan, schedule, and execute on-site hardware and software installations, upgrades, and system cutovers.
Ensure Field Engineers adhere to installation protocols, SAT, and security standards; act as technical contact during go-live events.
Manage backlog of projects to ensure timely completion and revenue generation.
