Timescapes in Plano, TX is hiring a Service and Logistics Manager to own US field services, installation scheduling, and customer experience for our cameras. You will coordinate installers, manage inventory in our ERP, track KPIs, and collaborate with sales, customer success, and suppliers to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 2–3 years in field services or logistics, strong computer skills, and hands‑on problem solving in a fast‑growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in field services, logistics or customer service.
• Strong computer skills; Google Suite and HubSpot are a bonus.
• Experience in inventory management or using an ERP system.
• Experience managing contractors or third‑party service providers.
• Comfortable with budgets, margins and KPI reporting.
• Construction industry experience preferred; startup experience ideal.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field services and technician schedules against project constraints.
• Review camera locations remotely and on-site with clients for installation approvals.
• Facilitate installation and relocations with the site team and provide remote support.
• Maintain accurate project records in HubSpot (CRM).
• Complete vendor forms and tenders for new business as required.
• Support other time zones as needed.
