EPB in Chattanooga seeks a Field Services Logistics Operator to plan and assign all field work for linemen, troubleshooters, electricians, installers and technicians, including emergencies. You will coordinate schedules to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.

The role requires handling 24/7 shift work, overtime during storms, and clear communication with customers and supervision. Proficiency with EPB systems and standard office tools is essential.

Formación

• Associate's degree preferred in industrial technology or logistics.
• Capable of planning and assigning all types of work for EPB field resources for max efficiency.
• Proficiency with EPB business systems and office software (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of electric and communications system operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently schedule field resources to meet deadlines and maximize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate dispatch for emergency maintenance and rush orders.
• Maintain and execute maintenance programs and vegetation planning activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust assignments during storms or high work volume.
• Communicate with customers to schedule or coordinate work.
• Plan staffing and resources to meet work order commitments while maintaining productivity.
