The ideal candidate will have a solid background in utility construction, experience in managing crews, and a focus on continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include leading work crews, monitoring performance metrics, and managing the department's budget effectively.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in electric utility construction.
• 3 years of supervisory experience directing field personnel.
• OSHA and First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct line and excavation crews for utility work.
• Manage daily operations and set productivity goals.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop field personnel for better performance.
