Qualifications

• Troubleshoots issues based on sound judgement, experience, and discretion.
• Consults with users to determine software, hardware, and network utilization and requirements.
• Recommends and implements policies to maximize resource utilization.
• Maintains knowledge of technology and business network developments, trends, and best practices.
• Deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots core business applications, including application servers, endpoints, and databases.
• Manages the set-up and configuration of systems.
• Provides on-call, after-hours, and vacation coverage of Field Tech support.
• Recommends and implements best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
• Ensures corporate standards are followed.
• Provides technical expertise to support and maintain the continuity of the organization's computer systems and networks.
• Identifies and resolves potential issues that could adversely impact end-user experience.

Responsibilities
